  I ordered on line two meals, one appetizer, one dessert and one frozen beverage. I received a text message that my food would be ready by 10:39pm. I arrived at 10:43 and followed exactly the directions to notify the restaurant of my arrival. Five minutes later, someone came out and took my credit card for the payment and said my food would be out shortly. (Keep in mind that my order was already 10 minutes late by this time.) Another customer pulled up after placing an online order, and had received his food and was on his way home within 5 minutes. I finally received my food at 11:20--exactly one full hour after I submitted my order, and 41 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready. Unfortunately, the order did not include the beverage I had ordered and paid for, so I left the food in the car and walked back in to the restaurant to get the drink. I received the drink 4 minutes later. By the time I got home, the entrees were lukewarm, the appetizer was soggy, and the ice cream on the dessert had melted. I fully accept that my experience tonight is not normal. But the fact that it happened, and, other than the standard 'sorry about the delay,' no attempt was made to let me know, as a customer, that my patience was appreciated, I felt it important to tell this story.

  Where shall I begin? A new waiter who couldn't keep our drinks filled. Food slow to come from the kitchen. Appetizers cold, Food cooked incorrectly instead of a medium well steak it was medium with blood oozing under it and one member of my party didn't get her food for about an hour. Now what makes this even worst is the restaurant wasn't packed. Now after all that the manager gave us $18 off our bill stating our food came to over a $100. I stated plainly I didn't care about the cost because I make over 6 figures so a $100 meal is pennies to me. The manager reluctantly cut the bill to $59 and I still tipped the waiter $10. Now this is not the first time I have had issues with this place. I work down the street in Corporate Woods and wondered why so many of my coworkers don't eat there. Now you know why you shouldn't go there as well.

  Applebees was really good. The food was good and plentiful. The waiter Zion was helpful, nice and personable. We'll go back and ask to be seated in his section.

  I went here for lunch and had the 3 course for a low price meal. I got a ceaser salad, mozzarella sticks, and the blackened shrimp with pasta. It was all really good and I had some of the entree left to take home. The waitress was really nice and friendly and attentive I really enjoyed my meal. You need to try this special they have it's really reasonably priced.

  Typical Applebees Good menu selection and extremely friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Limited selection of beer, but great over all menu selection.
